No worries filmmakers! It's not uncommon for ZiP files to fail when using the Mac OS Archive Utility or Windows Unarchiver. We recommend switching to the free software KEKA (for Mac) or 7zip (for Windows) -both are far more reliable.

The project files or XMLs aren't working with my editing software.

You can downgrade Premiere Project Files for free here.

If you encounter an error importing XMLs into Final Cut Pro X, ensure you've updated to the latest version of the software.

I only see ofiline files when opening your projects/XMLs

This happens because the files were created on a different system with a unique file structure. You'll need to relink the clips to the files downloaded onto your hard drive. Simply point your editing software to the correct location.

My Windows PC cant open your video files.

Install QuickTime for Windows and ensure your editing software is up to date.
